There seem to be a lot of construction and project management experts in this thread, I’ve no knowledge of this domain so won’t offer any further suggestions for delivery of such a large change. Suffice to say, using the Zone J desks for check in, and a dedicated(?) lane in the fast track area, will not be the end of the world for a couple of months.
