There really isn't the space, given that the installation crew need plenty of space around them and some temporary partitions would have to go up. Moreover it would have added to the total time of installation, given there is supposedly a DfT deadline here. Also the new methodology needs a different approach to the walk-through metal detector, and there's only one rig set up at the moment, I doubt there is space for two. I am sure we can cope - the First Wing was closed for 6 months not so long ago.
