Hi, I have a business class booking (booked on LATAM) from London to Florianopolis - outbound LHR-MAD-GRU-FLN, inbound FLN-GRU-LHR. All legs are on LATAM except the first LHR-MAD which is Iberia. If I use the web or app to select seats all looks good but then when I look at the booking no seats are allocated on any of the legs. If I go select seats again, the ones I previously selected are taken, so they have been allocated to me but are not showing as allocated to me on the booking. Yes, I had this problem. The LATAM website has a "short" memory and it's pretty unstable. I installed a mobile application and solved in this application.
