I stayed at my first Home2 Suites last night - the one in Charlottesville and it managed to hit the trifecta with all THREE bottle on the wall in the empty and no bar soap on the sink. There was a travel sized lotion, shower cap and makeup remover wipe on the counter but no bar soap. Fortunately, I have been traveling with backups ever since this came into effect across Hilton brands. Fortunately I have made it a policty to travel with backup stuff (although I made quite the water mess walking back into the room once I realized the situation). The really big problem with the Zero bottles is its hard to see what the level is. Anyway, I made a big point to the front desk clerk that it needed to be looked into.
