I was transiting in the T4 lounge today and really enjoyed the Christmas specials. For those with a more international taste, there was a turkey roulade with stuffing and cranberry jus, but personally, I was far more excited when they came with a cut whole roast suckling pig. It was very good too.
there we’re grilled vegetables to go with it and lots of individually wrapped Christmas confectioneries - three different sorts of turron, some marzipans, some pole fires, etc.
i thought it was actually a very nice spread and I enjoyed it a lot!

- Wild mushroom soup with truffle

- Roast turkey breast and leg roularde, with chestnuts, demi glace and cranberry jam
