I'm not tall, but have health issues that make being squeezed into one position for too long--or being elbowed--extra painful. I used to buy a Comfort Seat more often before I started booking First by default.

I appreciate that Alaska makes this available by policy and spells it all out on the website. Too bad you have to call to book:
