Thanks for the help on this thread, as I used it to successfully book a 25K upgrade. A couple notes:
* it's A space (First Saver Upgrade) on ExpertFlyer that finds the 25K availability
* I used CapitalOne Travel credit from my Venture X to buy 2x SEA - OGG in Main for $189 each
* I first tried upgrading via Chat, but the agent said that it wouldn't be possible to upgrade since the tickets were booked via third party
* I then called in, and successfully upgraded for 25K each

I know the value of $ and points are different for everyone, but I find $189 + 25K to be a bargain for lie-flat seats that run $800+ on a 6+ hour flight.
