This seems to be the common posting period for stays in SE Asia. Mine also post around 2pm local time (Bangkok currently) the day after I check out. It's very reliable whether I stay in Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, or elsewhere in my stomping ground. I always assumed that the mid-afternoon posting time in Asia coincided roughly with the end of the check-out day in the US
I find this too for my Asian stays. It appears to coincide with midnight at Bonvoy's Bethesda HQ - the points and EQNs posting around then (currently midday in Bangkok) but it not showing listed in "past stays" until around 2pm as you say. I've found the same for stays in Europe too, subject to the different time zones
