What wouild you like to know? I reviewed earlier this year and stayed extensively while it was a Hyatt.

Short version is the higher the floor, the longer it takes hot water to come out. WiFi bandwidth is slow.

Don't exepect multi-category upgrades (which they use to do as a Hyatt) but maybe you'll luck out as Zurich did.

Pool is great and has a very deep end. Location is great being on top of shopping mall and on St. Catherine. Metro is a block away. Chinatown is near by and Old Town is walkable.
