Have the miles required for the MUA on VS increased...a lot? I upgraded about a year ago JFK-LHR-JFK from Premium to Upper Class for just 25k (I think it was supposed to be 50k, but I guess I got lucky). I spoke to two agents today that quoted me 85k each way. They both said they spoke to their international partners desk to verify and specifically referenced Mileage Upgrade Awards.

Has anyone been able to do this recently for 25k each way?
