Cancelled flight, added stop over, partial downgrade.
Hi all,
appreciate any input on this one for myself and my partner.
summary:
- LHR-> SFO (Business companion voucher)
- cancelled 14 hours before departure time
- rebooked onto LHR -> ORD (Business) ORD-SFO (Economy) landing in SFO 2hours 56 mins after original arrival time.
ask:
what compensation are we entitled to? (2 hours 56 mins isnt ideal).
what refund are we entitled to for downgrade?
The flight is tomorrow and we want to travel so really only interested in what’s likely/should happen re cash / avios refund : compensation entitlement.
