I filtered out all of the Hyatt Regency/Grand Hyatt clubs from my data since they seem to have very mixed states of being open, and I have personally been able to apply an award to one of the Breathless resorts. I also don't have much brand or property-specific info on how they handle these awards, but will return after my reservation in May with a datapoint, if there's any interest.
