Comments: Got the in-app upgrade to "Executive lounge/high floor" a few days ago [which would be considered an "upgrade" in Singapore or the States, so when I got an email ahead of check-in, was pleasantly surprised thinking it an offer of 200k IDR F&B voucher on top (customary from the property for no upgrade), but, lo and behold, it was news of an actual suite upgrade.
