At what point can I invoke the Ultimate Reservation Guarantee? Quoted check-in time was 4pm, rooms remains unavailable by 6pm, and it seems there's no committment as to when it'll be ready. Do I have to wait all the way til midnight for the guarantee?
It’s not meant to be invoked for when your room isn’t ready at the time you want it. It’s for when you get walked. At least that’s my understanding. Hope you get things sorted soon.
