No mention of entitlement or policy or anything of that nature, I just indicated what I thought were good business practices (probably influenced by what many GMs & HMs told me over the years).
Those "compensations" do not always work with over-demanding guests, which reminds of a story that a GM told me years ago: nothing could make the guest happy, so the GM asked him: "Wouldn't that be better for the both of us, if we move you to a sister property?".
