Same thing is happening with FJ+AA award booking. I have to call in every time, and most of the time they don't even have the seats open that the AA website shows. I have to call in, agent has to call Tariff, Tariff has to call FJ, it is just a whole mess and it took me 3 hours on the phone as Exec Plat to get a ticket from CLT-LAX-NAN issued.
