But if you're talking about the bug whereby for certain partner awards you can't actually ticket them online then yes, it's extremely annoying and has been around for months. When you try to ticket it it just spins and reverts back to the payment page.
This is exactly the problem I am encountering. It's been going on for *months* and still no resolution?
