I'm driving a Hertz rental into Vegas and am looking at the easiest return location. Obviously I could return to the airport, but then I have to get from the car rental center to the taxi area and take a somewhat expensive airport taxi to my hotel.

I am wondering, is there an easier return location on or near the strip? I could return to the Wynn for example - one dp on TripAdvisor said the Hertz location is inside the parking structure and easy to find. Of course then I have to walk through the casino to get the taxis/ubers. Is there any easy location for returns that make this process as simple as possible for drop off then pickup of taxi/uber to get to my hotel (MGM)?
