Re: upgrades… F cabin in LH/LX has always been, is and will be filed up with exactly how many upgrades revenue team decides that are in the commercial interest of the company. LHG doesn’t care about your feeling of dissatisfaction, discomfort or otherwise due to some pax occupying F cabin because of either full/reduced/via award/via op-up access to F cabin. The only way to get the feeling of “not to the brim” is to fly private, which you apparently, are not willing to go for.
