Interesting "security" Marriott's consultants have implemented.
This is the fifth day after I was locked out. I was able to get into my account on the website. I turned off 2FA. Then I logged into the mobile app. After I logged in, ironically I saw a prompt asking me to turn on 2FA. It says I need 2FA enabled in order to receive mobile keys to rooms. No thanks. Mobile keys at Marriott work half of the time. I always get a normal key from the front desk.
