45 minutes is doable but leaves virtually no room for error. If you see an itinerary with a slightly longer connection (2-3 hours max) available, personally I'd opt for that. Otherwise, take the 45-minute connection and fall back on LH rebooking you onto the next MUC-VIE if things go pear shaped.
