Most people complain about CX without considering what other airlines are doing...
Look at QR squeezing in 31 inches of pitch and 16.9 inches of width on their new 787-9s with horribly thin seats, or their pretty dreadful food (especially the mousse & appetiser that got me food poisoning - in their defence I've only tried them in economy). When you sum everything up, CX's cabin, IFE, food, service etc. are already one of the best among other airlines.
