Can I use AF lounge in terminal 2E as a "arrivals lounge" for a long connection?
I have a long connection in Paris CDG and I would like to head out to the city for the day. I understand there is no arrivals lounge for Air France (please correct me if I'm wrong)

I have a business class ticket that goes from JNB-CDG then CDG-YYZ.

​​​​​​Both arriving and departing flights are from the teminal 2E.

Can I use the 2E lounge to take a shower, get refreshed up, and then exit immigration to have brunch in Paris for the day, and then come back to 2E and take my connecting flight?

Are there any other tips or recommendations?
