Dinner last night with my parents at P.F. Changs in the Denver suburbs (Lakewood).

We started with the pan fried shrimp dumplings which were good, though a small portion.

We then shared the kung pao chicken, pepper steak, stir fried eggplant and chicken with broccoli.
