I agree, yet even when I'm there at that time, I've never had to wait to be seated in the dining room. The service is good and fast. One of the waitresses and one of the shower attendants somehow remembers me eventhough I'm only there every 2-3mo. One time it was busy enough that they kicked me out of the sleep room (after my 45min) but they still found me another place to sleep.
BTW, EWR is also busy in the afternoon.
