It's hard to debug this sort of thing on this forum, but describe what you see, don't say "did not have any of the info" — what did it have instead? You may need to click the little disclosure triangles in the bottom half of the window:



It's probably easier to post the one-liner from the prior post into the Console window so you don't have to click a zillion little triangles.
