Now the 747s have gone, all BA mainline aircraft record door opening time automatically, and this is generally considered acceptable evidence by courts, CEDR, etc. unless there was significant further delay that can be proved, e.g. a wait for buses. By all means submit a challenge, but it could be a difficult one to win.
