Thought I would post a recent data point in my area northeast Ohio. The Walmart closest to my work has a new policy coded into the pos. I used to be able to use SCO to buy $500 card no problem as of a few weeks ago. Now I can't even buy one at the normal checkout line. The cashier tried, but then said now I have to go to customer service to buy that denomination. The computer did not allow.it. Said it started in the past week. This Walmart is not in the best area so they are being strict. Ibdrove to a different Walmart and they were completely sold out of cards. Oh well.
