Yep, had the same thing happen yesterday, tried to book an Avios ticket, all went well until the payment was taken and then it crashed say error. Payment taken, no Avios taken and no ticket issued. Probably the worst IT out there, totally unreliable across the board, nothing ever works properly these days. Do they know just how bad there web site is I wonder?
