Reasonably only at most one and only for immediate turnarounds at outstations with only very few flights.
R Regardless of the reason for the delay, they have to show that it was unavoidable regardless of best/reasonable efforts. And at a hub, you can reasonably expect to have spare aircraft and crew. And if there is an extended time between flights there's also more they could have done, including direct rebooking out of ARN.
By all means, claim it, but be prepared for it to be a fight.
