Same topic but different question:
I called CX several times and receive a different answer each time. I have an award booking purchased with CX Asia Miles (flight on BA metal). How close to the flight departure can I cancel (if needed)? I've received several different answers from CX including: anytime before flight departure time, at the latest 24 hours before departure, at the latest 3 hours before departure and in one case, before the ticket validity expires (which is one month AFTER the flight departure

). So, I am very confused!!
Would love to get some advice here! )) I trust you all more than CX phone staff!
