No. Each person's upgrade has to come from one account. If you each had 13 credits, you could each upgrade yourselves, but 24/4 doesn't do much good.
You sure? I know I can use 26 credits between the two of us? We have family sharing and he shows as my companion… seems like he can also submit for me - just not sure how it works when the credits are split between two accounts.
