I don't think it's going to get better. Why would management spend money on passengers when it could go to better use...such as bonuses to them and their cronies People will still buy their mediocre product, which should be renamed " big front seat class" in my opinion.

The argument that there isn't time to provide meals/ snacks is that there is not enough time is ludicrous. I just flew one hour flights between Greece and Turkey ( on 787' s). Choice of hot meals and an extensive beverage list. Some businesses see improved profits buy cutting costs while others see a market for those willing to pay more to get more.

This having been said let me wish all the best for the holiday season, especially to the cabin crew who's job is to keep me safe. Anything else is a bonus! I recently saw an irate passenger chew out a flight attendant for not getting any food on a flight; that is totally wrong. The crew is not to blame for this...uncaring management who fly private jets is to blame.
