I did reply and ask if it was a typo and/or they were f’in kiddin me. And they weren’t.

Also diamond member and been there a lot before. Naturally therefore this time will be our last.
Curious - what months are your dates of stay for these very different upgrade rates? The one for Splotly seems like a total outlier. Never seen anything like it for a GWV! I didn't even think they sold for that much if you were paying cash.
