Just finished a stay here recently. No room upgrade for diamond. They did give a ~100 USD hotel credit which I used at the pool bar. The room had a fancy toto bidet toilet, something that I wish the park hyatt had. Breakfast was good. The best part of the breakfast were the mangoes. They were the best mangoes I've ever had. The coconuts in the room were also excellent. I would come back.
