I flew several BA longhaul flights recently and came away surprisingly impressed with the food. Leagues better than the tosh they served under Alex Cruz.
Finnair made a lot of cuts to their catering in all classes earlier this year. For example, to/from JFK, Economy only receives one meal, with snacks available to purchase. I believe the second business meal on that route has also been downsized.
good to know. Even pre-covid it was spotty IME. Its the only airline I've ever been where I couldn't eat a single thing on the menu in J. Granted Finland isn't the most naturally vegetarian friendly place, but zero items was a surprise.
