Is anyone able to confirm that the -3/~14 rebook policy for flight cancellations also applies to holiday bookings please? In my case the return flight from Reykjavik has been cancelled (6 Jun 24) and we’ve been rebooked onto the the previous day’s flight. I phoned to ask to rebooked to 7 Jun and was told that if I did that I would have to also change the date of the outbound flight so the holiday stayed at 14 nights as originally booked. I did mention the rebook policy but was told it didn’t apply. This sounded like a load of codswallop to me especially as BA had effectively shortened the holiday to 13 nights…. I realise that the car hire will need to be recalculated but don’t think that should be too much of a problem (fingers crossed. So it’s a HUACA moment but not before I’ve doubled-checked the heroes and heroines on this board.

Edit: I’ve checked that there is CE availability on both the 7th and 8th June. If the holiday has to stay as 14 nights so be it but I was wary that they might want to charge change fees if I moved the outbound flight
