It would help if you could describe exactly what bug you're seeing rather than just awards are "not bookable", which could be a variety of things.

But if you're talking about the bug whereby for certain partner awards you can't actually ticket them online then yes, it's extremely annoying and has been around for months. When you try to ticket it it just spins and reverts back to the payment page.
