I flew Finnair J right before COVID. Not sure if things have changed since then, but I thought the hard product was excellent, the service was great and the food was one of the better ones I've had on a plane.
Finnair made a lot of cuts to their catering in all classes earlier this year. For example, to/from JFK, Economy only receives one meal, with snacks available to purchase. I believe the second business meal on that route has also been downsized.
