Delayed luggage on staff travel
Hello All,
I wonder if anyone working for the airlines could shed some light on the below.
I arrived this morning to BUD on BA868.
Nobody’s luggage was loaded and we were only notified when we landed.
They are unable to deliver my bag on the 23rd, 24th, 25th and 26th to the town I am staying in.
I am flying back on the 27th.
I appreciate that on standby there is no EU261 protection, but can I still claim expenses for a pair of jeans and tshirt and a jumper, pants and socks?
I also have Amex platinum insurance which could be helpful.
