Since people are mentioning taking taxis from HND, be aware that availability is not always great. I have seen insanely long lines for taxis at T3, and large taxis are not always available.

I used Uber from HND a couple of times this year and had no trouble getting an Alphard dispatched within a few minutes even while scores of people were waiting for taxis.

Also, while you can use Suica/Pasmo in taxis, basically all taxis take regular credit cards as well, often with contactless payment so it's just as easy as using an IC transit card. With Uber, of course, you just pay in the app.
