I'm fine with our booking at a Small Luxury Hotels property, it's less than comparable cash rates at the Hilton for a Deluxe Seaview Terrace room (the room category at the SLH) and I'm not so hot on a Standard award having a room looking at some wall ( can happen). Add reports of meh service and we'll just pass and keep our points for another place and time.
