The staff here has treated me as a very valued guest.
Very fine team.Always gone out of their way at any rate I have booked.
In return I tried to bring them some high quality corporate clients but like a number of select Hyatts this year they are having difficulty pricing their product.
The hotel lost 1000 in revenue by not having an acceptable rate plan.
Even the AAA rate could be beat at other upscale luxury hotels in the area
I did end up booking elsewhere
The good news is that I hear the hotel will get extensive work and renovate every guest room in the hotel in the coming future.I can just imagine what they will ask
Right now the product is slightly over the market price for the condition of the hotel and its defects.
Thanks for the heads up on the Classic Cert.Might work in the short term. for other dates

Cheers
