'UK261' applies to:
- Any airline flying from UK
- Any EU/UK airline flying to the UK
- Any UK airline flying from EU

It does apply to EU airlines flying to UK so would cover Vueling in this instance.

LGW base is probably smarter thing to do! I assume there is an office there acting as agent for them at LGW.
