You can cancel for a full refund during the first 12 hours after booking. Saver tickets can also be refunded as a voucher, minus 10 euros refund fee, as long as you do it before the day of travel.
im not sure you get it . She pocketed the cash and didnt give me a new ticket lol in fact on the 3rd stop people had seats to the seats I was sitting in and I had to move to any open seat. Had I had a proper ticket I would have known that I had to move
it did not let me cancel it on the app I sent them an email at that time which was within the 12 hrs so hopefully that works as proof
