BA.com says we leave 1230 and arrive 1056hrs instead of 0730. Text from BA says “sorry due to late aircraft change” so guessing that allows compensation.
Worst case, if JAL isn't accommodating and you miss your connecting flight, consider hopping on the Keikyū Main Line to Shinegawa and take the Shinkansen from there. Should get you to central Osaka in about 2hr30.
