I've been upgraded twice in 223 lifetime stays at Hampton Inns. Both upgrades were at the same hotel, HIS Orlando Downtown South Medical Center. Booked 1K room, upgraded to a "double wide" suite with a massive desk and dining table on the top floor. These rooms each had 2 bathrooms (since it was essentially two side-by-side rooms with the adjoining wall removed), a 1K bed, and a sofa bed. Between the foot of the king bed and the end of the sofa bed was a massive desk with chairs on both sides and a TV on the wall in the middle.

Expensive hotel, but phenomenal Diamond treatment.
