I don't expect them to stand next to my seat - but at least do some rounds to check if pax wants anything - especially in J. There are good and bad crews - however in general all other EU major airlines does the needed round in collecting and checking on the needs of the pax. Not just hide behind the curtains chatting the whole time and without a single smile when serving.
This is not a flight that is 1 hour it is > 2 hours, not once did I any of the 2 FA's in the J cabin took the effort to check on pax including no asking if a top up is desired. Of course there is the call button - but why should I use this if they did the occasional pass through to check on the few pax? I have had at least previously good AZ crews, and ITA is supposed to be a new entity and new change to compete - however with this type of old attitude, as I mentioned it's just the same old attitude in new clothes - another waste of money.

Seems that your expecations of the FA are low, so this type of service will be suited to your demands.

Cheers!
