Bumping this as I'm trying to figure it out. I want to book a flight but need to combine my wife and my miles (in theory I could book our tickets separately but I like to have it in one record...). We don't have family account setup yet. We would both be transferring from Amex.
So, I think what I'm supposed to do is set up our family pooling and set us each to 100%. Then send miles from Amex to each of our individual accounts. If I am reading prior threads right those will all flow into our family account, and then I can do the Booking. Is that right?
