The first question is whether you are prepared to see it through or not? If you really want the missing two to be claimed, then you need to take a deep breath and start calling up CEDR to explain what has gone on here, to see if they will coalesce the claims. Otherwise you are going to have to decline the £350 - but explain why, namely there are 2 other unprocessed claims. I presume you have already sent of the evidence of dated letters to CEDR. But given where you are, I think you best call up CEDR first, to try and see if they can deal with the issue holistically.

And yes I couldn't justify throwing away £700 especially given the situation we were left in.

I thought I had read at least the relevant bits out of that thread but couldn't see the bit about coalescing the claims. The CEDR process seems to want exactly one booking reference per claim.

I'm also struggling to understand how people provide evidence when they claim via written letter.

Finally I can't understand how CEDR can treat multiple almost identical claims differently.
